Production activities are divided into three completely separate Business Units where different processes and operations are performed. The clear separation of departments prevents any risk of cross contamination as well as any other negative effects linked to the promiscuous handling of goods.
Thanks to the technical skills and know-how consolidated in over 40 years of experience, SINAPAK is able to offer customised solutions for both B2B channels and large-scale retail and specialised channels, managing both the production of large batches and small orders.
SINAPAK works with major customers under Full-Service or Toll Manufacturing Agreements. SINAPAK is able to support its customers also by providing consulting services concerning packaging, research into raw materials or formulations, storage facilities and logistics.
Structure
SINAPAK’s structure is highly specialised and all production processes are carried out safely with particular attention to the environment and the correct treatment of staff, both in terms of work ergonomics and health.
Dust and fume abatement systems along with humidity and temperature controlled areas are just some examples of the standards currently adopted to satisfy all aspects, even the critical ones, of our processes.
Grinding, mixing and filling lines for powders and liquids, different labelling systems and heat-shrink tunnels are just some of the manufacturing solutions we offer our customers. Production is at the heart of SINAPAK.
A modern QC Lab is equipped to analyse raw materials, perform all the necessary controls on the production process and all finished product analyses before shipment.
