Authorisations

For these activities SINAPAK:

  • is authorised, as a Production Site, by the Italian Ministry of Health, to produce and package Biocides Insecticides and Rodenticides for domestic and civilian use
  • thanks to various production lines installed in our departments authorised by the Ministry of Health, SINAPAK is able to offer different packaging solutions both in bottles, in sacks and bags weighing between 30 gr to 20 kg.

Strengths

Production Site

Sinapak, as an undisputed European reference point, is the Production Site most companies turn to when they have to mix and package their own BIOCIDE powdered products for home use

Ideal industrial partner

Sinapak does not hold any product registrations in its name but is the ideal industrial partner for companies that need a partner to manufacture their products

Commercial agreements

Sinapak has commercial agreements with both Italian and international holders of product registrations for providing complete all-inclusive packages

Experience

For these activities SINAPAK:

  • offers its customers the professionalism and experience of its Quality Control Lab for the development of new products and/or research for specific formulations. In this activity SINAPAK is supported by specialised sector consultants, in particular with regard to the regulation on biocides (BPR, Regulation (EU) 528/2012)
  • can operate for its customers both with a Full-Service contract (directly taking care of the supply of all packaging components and product formulas), and in Toll Manufacturing, providing only the use of its manpower and plants for carrying out the requested processes.

Most European insecticide products with dry powder formulas are produced and packaged in Sinapak on behalf of the major multinationals operating in this category of products.

Agrochemicals

SINAPAK, as a Production Site, is authorised by the Italian Ministry of Health to produce and package:

Agrochemicals products, Insecticides and Fungicides for professional and hobby use

In Sinapak, wettable powder (WP) AGROCHEMICALS can be mixed and packaged, water-dispersible granules (WG) and pellets can be packaged, with particular reference to H315, H317, H319, H355 as well as H400 and H410 classifications.
